The future generation of wireless networks is expected to support ultra-reliable and low-latency communication and computation services with massive connectivity. This is fundamentally important, as it will enable a wide range of newly emerged delay-sensitive and mission-critical applications. The provisioning of these services in massive Ultra-Reliable and Low-Latency Networks (mURLLN) will be achieved through efficient management of assets and resources. Examples are the initiatives in the upcoming era of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0, enabling industrial automation, autonomous driving, metaverse, and space-air-ground communication. These applications demand high-rate information exchange, real-time computation, and smart control. In this talk, we will explore novel allocation strategies and cover the design of advanced schemes that are tailored to achieve the requirements of mURLLN. By focusing on these key aspects, we will discuss how mURLLN addresses the potential challenges posed by integrated sensing, communication, and computation systems in the future 6G landscape.
未来无线网络的应用场景将涉及到许多高度关键和实时的应用,比如在物联网及工业4.0中的智能制造、自动驾驶、空天地通讯等。这些应用对网络的可靠性和时延要求非常高,与此同时还需要网络提供大量的接入能力。而这也是未来无线网络所必须具备的重要特性。为实现这些要求,如何通过有效的管理和利用有限的资源来提供超高接入超高可靠性低时延网络(massive ultra-reliable and low-latency network )服务将是网络设计的重点。在本次的报告中,我们将深入研究基于此种网络需求而规划的前沿性的资源分配策略和系统的方案设计。另外,我们也将探讨如何应对未来6G格局中通感算一体化系统在现有网络所提出的新挑战。
报告人简介:
Yao Zhu received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bremen, Bremen, Germany, in 2015, and the master’s degree and Ph.D degree (SUMMA CUM LAUDE) in information technology and computer engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany, in 2018 and 2022, respectively. He is currently the junior research group leader and postdoctoral research fellow with Chair of Information Theory and Data Analytics, RWTH Aachen University. His research interests include ultra-reliable and low-latency communications, physical layer security and integrated sensing, communication and computation.
朱尧于2015年在德国不来梅大学获得电气工程学士学位,并于2018年和2022年在德国亚琛工业大学分别获得电子工程与信息技术的硕士学位和博士学位(最优等级别)。他现在作为课题组组长和博士后研究员就职于德国亚琛工业大学的信息理论与数据分析研究所(INDA)。他的研究领域包括超高可靠低时延通信、物理层安全、通感算一体化等。
