报告主题简介
Near-infrared diffuse correlation spectroscopy/tomography (DCS/DCT) are innovative techniques for continuous, non-invasive measurement and imaging of hemodynamics in relatively deep tissue (1 to 2 cm). They have been applied in monitoring tissue ischemia or hypoxia caused by various reasons such as surgical necrosis, ischemic stroke, cancers, and injuries, etc.
In this talk, after a brief overview of the DCS theory and traditional instrumentation, I will present the recent optically extended noncontact DCS/DCT (ncDCS/ncDCT) technologies and their clinical and surgical applications for spectroscopic monitoring or 3D imaging of tissue blood flow. After that I will introduce the most innovative digital camera integrated speckle contrast DCT (scDCT) for fast 3D imaging of tissue blood flow distributions and speckle contrast DCS (scDCS) for wearable acquisition of tissue blood flow, as well as their medical applications in animals and humans. This talk will discuss the ncDCS/ncDCT, scDCS/scDCT instrumentation, data process, image reconstruction algorithm, validation methods and medical potentials in the perspective of physicians, surgeons or physiological researchers.

报告人简介
       黄翀,2005年毕业于华中科技大学光电子工程系获光信息科学与技术学士学位,2011年于华中科技大学光电子科学与工程学院获光学工程博士学位。 2011-2016年美国肯塔基大学(University of Kentucky)博士后, 2016至今美国肯塔基大学Research Scientist。主要研究领域为近红外漫射相关谱,3D漫射相关断层成像,散斑衬比漫射相关谱及断层成像,并做出大量国际领先的原创性工作。报告人已发表SCI期刊论文20篇,其中第一作者12篇,已获授权中国发明专利一项,美国专利一项,在申请美国及国际专利各一项。长期担任美国光学学会(OSA), 美国电气和电子工程师协会(IEEE),美国物理联合会(AIP)等15个SCI期刊的审稿人。所从事的科研项目多次获得美国卫生研究院(NIH),美国心脏病联合会(AHA)以及美国整形手术基金会(The Plastic Surgery Foundation)资助。
